बाजार खुला है ध्यान दें, आईटी शेयरों में लीड !

शुक्रवार को निफ्टी के कारोबार में 12,250 से ऊपर की बढ़त के साथ मार्केट फ्रंट-लाइन इंडेक्स ने सकारात्मक शुरुआत की। इस बीच, भारतीय रुपया पिछले बंद 71.21 के मुकाबले 71.21 / USD पर खुला।


सुबह 9.50 बजे, बीएसई सेंसेक्स 136 अंक की तेजी के साथ 41588 अंक पर कारोबार कर रहा था, जबकि एनएसई निफ्टी-पचास 40 अंकों की तेजी के साथ 12256 पर था।

निफ्टी में डॉ.रेड्डीज़, भारती इंफ्राटेल, सनफार्मा, यस बैंक और कोल इंडिया प्रमुख रूप से शामिल थे, जबकि ज़ी एंटरटेनमेंट, जेएसडब्ल्यू स्टील, आईसीआईसीआई बैंक, पावरग्रिड और बीपीसीएल पिछड़ रहे थे।
सेक्टोरल इंडेक्स ट्रेंड निफ्टी बैंक, ऑटो, मीडिया के साथ संयुक्त रूप से कम कारोबार कर रहे थे। इसके विपरीत, फार्मा, रियल्टी, आईटी, और एफएमसीजी मामूली रूप से अधिक हो गए।

निफ्टी आईटी इंडेक्स HCL Tech, Infosys, Tech Mahindra Wipro, TCS, Tata Elxsi और NIIT Tech के नेतृत्व में, 16,042.95 अंक पर, 117 अंकों या 74-प्रतिशत पर रहा।


आईटी प्रमुख इन्फोसिस के शेयरों ने आज घोषित किए गए कंपनी की तीसरी तिमाही के वित्तीय परिणामों से 1.54% अधिक प्रति शेयर रु। 738.75 प्रति शेयर का कारोबार किया।

यू.एस.-ईरान की चिंता कम होने के बाद एशिया भर के बाजार सकारात्मक इलाकों में खुल गए और गुरुवार को यू इंडेक्स भी नए ऑल टाइम पीक लेवल पर बंद हुआ।

बाजार व्यापार उच्च, शीर्ष स्टॉक को देखने के लिए !

मार्केट फ्रंट-लाइन सूचकांकों ने शुक्रवार को शुरुआत में निफ्टी को 12170 अंक से ऊपर रखा। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, अंतर्राष्ट्रीय, एशियाई बाजार भी कारोबार कर रहे थे क्योंकि निवेशक की चिंता आशावाद से बढ़ी थी।

सुबह 9.40 बजे, सेंसेक्स 196 अंकों की बढ़त के साथ 41,360 पर और एनएसई निफ्टी 58 अंकों की तेजी के साथ 12,185 पर बंद हुआ।

निफ्टी आईटी को छोड़कर पूरा सेक्टोरियल इंडेक्स पीएसयू बैंक के शेयरों में प्रमुख लाभ के साथ कारोबार कर रहा है, जो 2.83% ऊपर है, इसके बाद निफ्टी मीडिया, बैंक निफ्टी, प्राइवेट बैंक और ऑटो हैं।

निफ्टी पीएसयू बैंक में लाभ पीएनबी, बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा, सेंट्रल बैंक, पंजाब एंड सिंध बैंक, और केनरा बैंक द्वारा संचालित हैं, जिनकी सीमा 3 से 4.5% के बीच थी।

एसबीआई, ज़ील, पावरग्रिड, यस बैंक और एक्सिस बैंक निफ्टी के शीर्ष लाभ प्राप्त करने वालों में से हैं, जबकि टीसीएस, जेएसडब्ल्यू स्टील, विप्रो, टाटा स्टील, और हिंदुस्तान यूनिलीवर हारे हुए लोगों में से थे।

टॉप स्टॉक बज़ के बीच, इलाहाबाद बैंक के शेयर में 8.45% की वृद्धि हुई, जिसके बाद बैंक ने Rs.2,153-cr का एक नया पूंजीगत लाभ कोष जारी किया।

कंपनी के पूर्ण स्वामित्व वाली सहायक कंपनी के शामिल होने के बाद भारत फोर्ज ट्रेड के शेयर 0.31% बढ़कर Rs.493.75 प्रति शेयर हो गए। इंदापुर में कल्याणी सेंटर फॉर प्रिसिजन टेक्नोलॉजी लिमिटेड।

कावेरी बीज के शेयरों में 6.92% की तेजी के साथ रु। 511.25 प्रति शेयर पर कारोबार हुआ, जिसके बाद कंपनी ने 28-लाख शेयरों के Rs96-Cr के लिए बाय-बैक का प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत किया।

Sebi eases fundraising norms for REITs, InvITs - News By Money Maker Research

The SEBI has revised rules governing real estate investments trusts (REITs) and infrastructure investment trusts (InvITs), permitting them to raise funds through debt securities and single-asset REITs to help boost the financial instruments.  

Since three years, there were only two InvITs have listed on the stock exchanges viz. IRB InvIT Fund and India grid Trust. It was earlier reported by mint news that although no REIT has been issued yet, the Embassy Office Parks REIT becoming the first realty trust in the country to be registered with the Sebi.

As per Sebi statement, REITs and InvITs listed on national stock exchanges will be allowed to issue debt via debt securities.

Presently the REITs & InvITs are permitted to raise funds via External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) having bind with end-use restrictions.

Permitting REITs to lend to holding companies will result in efficient fund flows, and the regulator also proposes to allow REITs with 50 – 50 percent shareholding. The current norm requires a REIT to have a holding company with a 51 percent stake.

Sintex Plastics Technology shares up 5% on listing day, Money Maker Research

Shares of Sintex Plastics Technology focus the Exchanges today subsequent on its demerger from Sintex Industries Ltd. The shares were trading up by more than 5 percent on listing day. After the demerging, Sintex Industries to carry the Textile & Spinning business and Sintex Plastics Technology to carry plastics business. The share-holding pattern of Sintex Plastics reflects the shareholding pattern of Sintex Industries, with more than 30 percent equity stake owned by the promoters.

The Shares of Sintex Industries had advanced by more than 7 percent yesterday, 7 August 2017, prior to the listing of Sintex Plastics Technology. The equity shares of Sintex Plastics Technology are set to trade in this sector for 10 trading days. The stock was trading at Rs 124.5 on NSE, today morning.
